Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all mounting hardware, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
